Stage 1-The 2nd Opinion Scheme

* A flexible service for all Investors who are considering buying a property and need an expert opinion before committing to purchase.
For Investors who would like to see a potential investment, but cannot easily travel to the property.
* We will visit the property on your behalf.
* Take digital video of all rooms and gardens.
* Take text notes to back up the video footage on the overall condition of the property.
* Compile a detailed report on aspects you should consider before letting.
* Inform you of any necessary repairs before letting the property.
* Inform you of potential rental valuation once all repairs are complete.
* Send our detailed report and video of the property to your email! Or if you have no email we can also send you a DVD of the property to watch at home!

Stage 2-The Refurbishment & Letting Scheme

· Once you have bought your investment property, we can manage all aspects of refurbishment and preparation before letting…and you can see it all!
· We will not only arrange the refurbishment/repairs, but take digital video of before and after for you to see, sent to your computer.
· Whilst the repairs are being carried out, we attempt to locate and qualify suitable tenants for the property for when it becomes available!
